Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Architect SFDC AP Domain Expert!
The Lead Solution Architect (Salesforce) is the senior technology leader responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end Salesforce solution strategy across the enterprise. This role combines deep Salesforce technical expertise architectural leadership and business acumen to design and deliver scalable secure and future-ready CRM solutions that enable business growth efficiency and innovation.
As a senior leader you will shape the Salesforce roadmap oversee large-scale multi-cloud implementations ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards and guide cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture Leadership
Define and own the Salesforce architecture vision and strategy ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
Lead the end-to-end solution design across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Service Experience Marketing CPQ and Platform).
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI automation and agentic workflows into the Salesforce landscape.
Drive the adoption of architectural frameworks governance standards and best practices across global teams.
Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security data integrity scalability and performance.
2. Solution Design & Technical Oversight
Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs ensuring optimal use of Salesforces declarative and programmatic capabilities.
Architect multi-org and multi-cloud strategies supporting complex enterprise structures.
Provide design oversight for integration architecture connecting Salesforce with ERP Data Lake Marketing and AI platforms using tools like MuleSoft Boomi or Informatica.
Lead architecture reviews performance audits and solution validation sessions.
Drive DevOps and CI/CD maturity across Salesforce delivery teams.
3. Program Delivery & Governance
Partner with program managers to oversee end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs ensuring architectural integrity throughout the lifecycle.
Define and manage governance frameworks architecture review boards and design approval processes.
Maintain oversight of system documentation solution blueprints and configuration standards.
Proactively identify risks dependencies and technical debt ensuring timely remediation.
Track architectural KPIs such as system scalability reuse and platform performance.
4. Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the trusted advisor to business leaders IT executives and product owners on Salesforce strategy design and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Service Marketing Operations Finance) to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences including senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
Manage relationships with Salesforce account teams ISVs and system integrator partners.
5. Leadership Mentoring & Team Development
Lead a team of solution architects technical leads developers and administrators across global regions.
Mentor architecture teams on Salesforce best practices design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
Drive a culture of technical excellence innovation and continuous learning.
Oversee capability building certification programs and knowledge-sharing forums within the Salesforce practice.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases emerging technologies and AI-driven CRM capabilities.
Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI automation and analytics to enhance business productivity and user experience.
Optimize architecture for performance reusability and maintainability.
Define the roadmap for modernization consolidation and rationalization of Salesforce orgs and legacy CRM systems.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
Relevant years of experience in program/project management roles with at least relevant experience of direct Salesforce program leadership
Experience in industries such as Accounts payable or other Financial Services domains.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures Large Language Models and their enterprise applications.
Prior experience managing or mentoring cross-functional teams.
Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and finance operations.
Experience
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds integrations and large user bases.
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture data modeling and platform scalability.
Deep hands-on knowledge of:
Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL REST/SOAP APIs
Salesforce security model SSO OAuth Shield encryption and data governance
Integration patterns (real-time batch API-led) and middleware platforms
DevOps & CI/CD tools (Copado Gearset Jenkins Git)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with global Salesforce rollouts or multi-region deployments.
Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g. Financial Services Cloud Health Cloud Consumer Goods Cloud).
Experience working in AI/automation-driven CRM programs (Agentic AI Einstein or workflow automation).
Background in data architecture analytics integration (Tableau CRM Analytics).
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
PMP TOGAF or SAFe certifications a plus
