Job Description & Summary

At PwC were looking for a collaborative and driven Marketing Manager to help elevate PwC Canadas Alumni and Corporate Directors programs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building relationships and has a passion for creating meaningful engagement experiences that connect our Alumni and Corporate Director communities with PwCs brand and leadership.

Youll play a key role in executing strategic initiatives developing compelling content and supporting program operations that connect our Alumni and Corporate Director communities with PwCs brand and leadership.

Meaningful work youll be part of

As Brand Marketing Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to bring our brand to life deliver high quality internal client service and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understands and applies stakeholder business plans and priorities to develop and maintain a strategic marketing plan; manages key stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs across digital social email and paid media channels ensuring strategic alignment and performance optimization
  • Contribute to long-term marketing campaign and events strategy and planning identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaboratively develops campaign strategy and tactics to deliver on agreed upon metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversees editorial calendar to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
  • Identifies and builds connected client journeys including defining target clients buyers and audience segmentation
  • Monitors CRM and identifies opportunities to build campaigns that support all dimensions of the buyer journey
  • Lead campaign and event performance tracking using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide strategic insights to optimize future programs
  • Maintain accurate campaign data including naming conventions UTM tracking and performance dashboards; lead post-campaign reporting and insights discussions to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement
  • Liaises with external agencies and vendors including ad agencies and identifies areas to optimize campaigns and spend

Experiences and skills youll use to solve

  • B2B marketing experience preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Phenom)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity equity inclusion and belonging
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships influence stakeholders across teams and levels and drive strategic initiatives
