Next Generation Auto a trusted full-service auto repair shop serving the local and surrounding Hudson communities is hiring a General Service Technician / Service Advisor Hybrid to support our growing team. This dual-role position was created to help smaller shops thrive by combining hands-on technical work with customer service excellence. Youll work closely with certified technicians ensure vehicles are returned in better condition than they arrived and help customers feel confident and cared for.
Shop Location: 1820 Webster St Hudson WI 54016
Shop Hours of Operations: M-F: 8AM-5:00PM CST

What Youll Do
- Assist certified technicians with inspections repairs and maintenance
- Ensure all requested work is completed to high standards
- Act as a Service Advisor: greet customers enter work orders assign jobs to technicians
- Maintain a clean organized stocked and safe shop environment
- Support shop operations and contribute to a positive team culture
What Were Looking For
- Experience in general automotive service or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
