Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $175000 - $195000

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and direction aligned with the organizations mission and strategic goals
• Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide financial strategy projections and compliance
• Prepare and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial reports
• Oversee federal grant reporting (particularly Section 330 grants) ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement internal financial controls procedures and policies
• Maintain relationships with external auditors banks insurance providers and regulatory agencies
• Supervise finance and billing departments
• Monitor cash flow and oversee all treasury functions
• Lead contract negotiations and compliance reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (MBA or MS required)
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
• Minimum of 10 years experience in finance with at least 3 years in healthcare; FQHC experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and audits (knowledge of Part 133 audit requirements)
• Strong communication analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
