How Youll Make an Impact

Design and implement advanced protection and control schemes for power systems.
Develop engineering documentation and specifications for substation automation projects.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet scope and deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and resolve design challenges during project execution.
Engage with customers to optimize system performance and ensure satisfaction.
Support proposal development with technical input and cost recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
1216 years of experience in protection and control engineering.
Strong knowledge of substation automation and grid protection systems.
Proficiency with industry standards and vendor technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
