Location: South Riding VA 20152
Contract Duration: 31 Weeks
Shift: Day (7:00 AM 2:45 PM Monday Friday)
Pay Rate: $27/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicianfor an exciting job in South Riding VA.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by a supervising BCBA.
Collect and document data on student behavior and skill development.
Support teachers and staff in applying behavioral strategies consistently throughout the school day.
Reinforce positive student behaviors and assist in managing challenging behaviors effectively.
Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Participate in team meetings staff training and performance evaluations.
Foster a safe inclusive and structured learning environment to support student success.

Qualifications:

Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in psychology education or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience providing behavioral support or working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred.
