Job Summary

smartdept. inc. is searching for a B2B Content Writer for a real estate investment and development client. The ideal candidate will come with 25 years of experience in B2B content creation within the real estate or related industries. This is a part-time fully remote ongoing contract opportunity averaging 1015 hours per week.

The B2B Content Writer will support the companys partner-facing communications creating high-quality brand-aligned materials that communicate investment opportunities partnerships and corporate messaging.

What Youll Do:

  • Write edit and refine B2B content such as partner catalogs pitch decks and presentations.

  • Develop compelling and professional LinkedIn posts and other social media content tailored for investors and business partners.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and leadership teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategic goals.

  • Translate complex real estate and investment concepts into clear engaging narratives.

  • Maintain consistency of tone style and message across all B2B materials.

What Youll Need:

  • Strong background in B2B content strategy and writing ideally within the real estate or investment space.

  • Ability to craft engaging professional content for both digital and print formats.

  • Excellent communication organization and collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field preferred.

  • experience in B2B content writing ideally within the real estate industry.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with design or marketing teams to produce integrated materials.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for business audiences.

  • Familiarity with CRM or content management tools.
