This position exists to provide leadership and supervision for the HVAC preventative maintenance department in the Building Operations group of Facilities Management. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and records for new and existing HVAC equipment commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC water treatment. Order materials required for HVAC commercial kitchen and water treatment air filter belts and water treatment chemical usage on an annual basis in order to ensure budgets for these materials are not exceeded and to prepare annual bid package information. Keep management informed of conditions and maintenance needs. Perform inspections to ensure that campus standards are being maintained by employees for existing equipment and by contractors on new construction projects. Schedule preventative maintenance activities in advance with the various buildings and groups on campus in order to minimize disruptions or conflicts. Inventory tool and PM equipment and track condition. Develop and implement PM task and safety training sessions for employees. Assist with project plan and spec reviews and attend project inspection walks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:A combination of related education formalized apprenticeship program and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years (Educational transcripts must be attached for credit).
