• On the jobsite for 3 customers per day
• On-site Work Orders customer service and follow-ups
• Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management Hotels Movers Builders etc.

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Communicate with support team with questions

• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction manufacturing painting or even a personal hobby.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.
• An ability to identify compare and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.

• We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
