Job Summary

Job Description:

Develop a thorough and deep knowledge of the assigned customer accounts by establishing regular contacts developing confident relationships throughout the customer organization knowing in depth the customer procurement process and identifying the key factors in the customers decision making process.

Apply segment (industry sector geographical...) strategies to the account plan.

Provide insights to marketing plans.

Foster customer loyalty accountable to represent internally the Voice of the Customer Lead and manage the campaign team including capture plan (eg campaign strategy) commercial offer preparation negotiate and develop offer ensuring best financial result.

Lead account planning and reviews with all relevant stakeholders including forecasting.

Lead and communicate the account strategy.

Lead in coordination with relevant stakeholders (eg lobbying plan) public relations and communication operations linked to specific sales campaigns.

Supervise fulfillment of contractual commitments from and towards Airbus including payments when appropriate.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth.
