Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Agents with GDS experience for IGT Solutions in Maadi. You will be supporting international travel clients through phone and/or email channels managing reservations and resolving travel-related issues in a professional and timely manner.

Job Role

  • Act as the front-line representative for travel customers

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to reservations cancellations and flight changes

  • Manage both phone and email communication professionally

  • Coordinate with internal travel support teams when needed


Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently within SLA

  • Use GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus Sabre Galileo) to manage bookings

  • Log all customer interactions accurately

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction



Requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency in English: Minimum B2 ideally C1

  • GDS experience is a must (Amadeus Sabre Galileo etc.)

  • Minimum 6 months of call center or travel support experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work from the office in Maadi

  • Graduates only (no undergraduates)
