European Sales & Markting Director Food Ingredients
Location: Northern Italy onsite
This is a Business 2 Business job please apply only if you have experience in Flavours Colours Extracts dried Fruit and vergetables and other value added Food Ingredients
Role: The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales marketing and business developmentactivities in Europe
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.
Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team
Tasks
Qualifications and experience:
Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g.
Flavours Colours Extracts Powders)
closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors VPs and owners / executives
Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Strong fit with the Companys culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor or Masters degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA
Fluent in English Italian and other european languages are an asset
Minimum 10 years experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry
