Are you an HR professional who thrives in change

Were looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join a multinational service-driven business thats building structure while scaling fast.

Duties & Responsibilities

Youll take the lead on employee relations Section 189 & 197 processes and operational HR delivery supporting both local teams and global accounts.

Ideal candidates will have:
  • A relevantHR qualification
  • Strong IR experience (CCMA unions disciplinary matters)
  • Confidence navigating unstructured or growing environments
  • Experience in service-focused industries (facilities property mining BPO or other client-facing sectors)
  • A flair for practical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
The role suits someone whos comfortable with ambiguity thrives in fast-changing environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up.
