We are currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to gain exposure to full accounting processes within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate reconciliations VAT submissions creditors processing payroll support and working across multiple accounting systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
Prepare and submit VAT calculations and supporting documentation.
Process creditors and reconcile supplier statements.
Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative duties.
Utilise ERP systems (Evolution and custom software) to manage accounting data.
Work extensively on Excel including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Qualification and Skills Required:
BCom degree is essential.
0 1 year of accounting experience (graduates welcome).
Strong Excel skills VLOOKUPs and pivot tables non-negotiable.
Experience using Evolution ERP or similar accounting software.
Attention to detail willingness to learn and strong numerical ability.
