Position Summary:
The Dishwasher plays a vital role in the daily operations of our kitchen by ensuring clean plate ware utensils and kitchen equipment. This team member helps keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes glassware utensils pots pans and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of dish station kitchen floors trash areas and storage areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
Assist kitchen team with basic prep tasks as needed.
Organize and store clean equipment in designated areas.
Follow all sanitation safety and food handling guidelines.
Work efficiently to meet the needs of the kitchen during high-volume service periods.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is a plus but not requiredwe are willing to train the right person.
Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during busy service periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
Dependable punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
