Position Summary: Establishes ongoing contact with caseworkers from Childrens Division Department of Social Services and Guardians ad Litem to determine compliance with court orders by all parties and provides information to the Juvenile Office Legal Services Division for the development of motions when parties are not in compliance with court orders. Attends abuse/neglect hearings and submits disposition recommendations consistent with case plan and time standards. Participates in family support meetings by contributing to the development and subsequent review of case plans which focus on the safety and expedited permanency of youth. Documents content and progress of family support team meetings. Provides information to parents/guardians about Juvenile Court process and time frames. Serves as liaison between the Courts legal staff and judicial staff participates in the preparation of cases by reviewing court reports by acquiring adult arrest records by obtaining addresses of absent/unknown parent. Meets prospective relative care providers and conducts home visits as appropriate. | Required Experience:
