Timing Drive System Application Engineer NAB

Title: Timing Drive Application Engineer (grade: 8-10)

Report to: Timing Drive Application Engineering Supervisor Nabari in Japan

Basic Function:

Timing drive design technical analysis and documentation support

Time management support (internal cross functions/groups and customers)

New business opportunity support

Cost reduction engineering support

Nature & Scope:

He/She would be supporting timing drive design technical analysis create necessary documents schedules and joining customer visit/meetings. He/She would also be communicating internal members and customers to support the overall progress of the project. He/She would be started as a supporter that guidance will always be available. The main scope of the team is to grow as an individual and as a team together.

Experience & Education:

Experience and degree of education is not required.

Skill Requirements:

Willing to learn and grow together.

Energetic and able to communicate and create conversation/trust with others.

Able to go business trip once or twice a week (could be few continuous days)

Timing drive knowledge/technical back ground is preferred but not a must function.

English skill is preferred but not a must function.

This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program including safety rules practices and training asoutlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual which includes the use of equipment protective devices or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and addition he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations incidents or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
