POSITION SUMMARY:
Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Warehouse Manager at its St. Paul Park Minnesota refinery. This critical leadership role is responsible for full ownership of warehouse operations ensuring the safe efficient and accurate handling of all this role you will identify maintain and be accountable for all warehouse inventory with special emphasis on critical spare parts essential to refinery operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of at least six warehouse technicians fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaboration is a key aspect of this position ensuring that required materials are distributed on time in support of scheduled work activities while minimizing operational disruptions.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Five (5) or more years warehousing or other relevant experience.
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business or related field.
Two years of leadership experience in an industrial environment.
Awareness of industrial material associated with the petrochemical industry (e.g. pipe valves fittings).
