Job Title: CNA/Home Health Aide - (Bath Visit/Home Assessments)
Location: San Diego CA
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $30-$35per visit
Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Home Health Aides to join our team for bath visits and home assessments. As a CNA/Home Health Aide you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bath visits for patients per care plans
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Conduct safetyhome assessments to evaluate client needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Requirements:
- Valid CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel to and from patient homes or facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual patient needs
