Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Field-based

The Neurovascular AIS (Acute Ischemic Stroke) Clinical Technology Specialist (CTS) is responsible for introducing supporting and driving the clinicaladoption and best practice implementation of neurovascular technologies within a defined geography orclinical focus area (e.g. ischemic and/or hemorrhagic stroke). This role plays a critical part in ensuring clinicalexcellence optimizing patient pathways and partnering closely with the in-country sales and marketingorganizations to support the broader business objectives and fuel future growth.

What you will do

  • Serve as a clinical expert in neurovascular procedures with a focus on training and supporting internal teams and customers to achieve best-in-class clinical outcomes.

  • Partner with sales teams to identify strategic accounts and develop tailored clinical strategies to drive adoption of neurovascular technologies.

  • Facilitate physician in-service presentations stroke simulation trainings workshops and clinicaleducation sessions in line with regional and EMEA medical education strategies.

  • Lead development of clinical protocols and best practice sharing across target accounts includingreferral center engagement and patient pathway optimization.

  • Support the opening and development of new thrombectomy centers or key clinical programs bydesigning and delivering tailored education and support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and rising star physicians to support the clinicalpositioning of Strykers neurovascular portfolio.

  • Channel clinical insights and trends to the Marketing and Education teams to inform strategy andinnovation.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support Voice of Customer (VOC) and Medical AdvisoryBoard (MAB) activities.

What you need

Required:

  • 6 years of experience in medical device clinical support sales marketing or education roles

  • English and Polish full professional proficiency

  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with sales marketing and medical education

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree technical or medical background

  • Advanced degree in a medical or technical field

  • Strong clinical expertise in the neurovascular field including stroke care pathways

  • Experience in introducing and supporting innovative medical technologies

Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.

Travel Percentage: 80%
