Were looking for someone who loves variety coordinating sales activity speaking with customers keeping project details on track and making sure installations run smoothly. If youre an administrator project coordinator or sales support professional who enjoys being at the centre of the action this could be ideal for you.
Youll work closely with the Engineering Sales Manager to ensure new equipment projects run efficiently from enquiry through to installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Following up on quotes & converting enquiries into orders
Updating customer contract & installation records
Ordering project consumables & ensuring goods match site requirements
Liaising with hospitals engineers & suppliers to schedule site visits
Preparing RAMS & installation documentation
Tracking delivery dates & upload ETA details
Coordinating installation resource and planning timelines
General administrative & cross-departmental support
Youll essentially be the person that makes everything join up ensuring hospitals get the equipment they need on time and with the right information.
Were looking for someone who is:
Highly organised & detail-focused
Comfortable speaking with suppliers engineers & customers
IT-confident CRM / order systems experience is a plus
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A team player who can also work independently
Willing to travel occasionally (e.g. site visits)
Experience in sales support project coordination or similar admin roles would be great especially if youve previously worked in technical service healthcare or engineering environments.
