As a Data Solutions Analystyoullplay a key role in supporting the development of enterprise-wide analytics tools and insights. Reporting to the Data Solutions Manageryoullhelp translate business needs into data-driven solutions build dashboards and reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data ecosystem.Exceptional communication skills are essential as you willneed toshare complexinformationin ways that are clear and engaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.This is an ideal opportunity for someonewhospassionate about solving problems with data eager to grow in a fast-paced collaborative environment and dedicated to building strong working relationships across teams.
Responsibilities:
Own small-scale data projects or components of larger initiatives with guidance from senior team members that empower teams to make data-informed decisions
Perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends in customer behavior product performance and operational efficiency
Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment toidentify investigate and resolve data-related issues ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting
Work alongside experienced stakeholders to understand business needs and learn to translate them into clear technical requirements
Demonstrate an understanding of how data initiatives contribute to broader business goals and proactively seek opportunities to drive impact
Independentlymonitorand report on performance metrics escalating issues as needed andidentifyingopportunities for improvement
Share insights in a clear engaging way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiencesdemonstratingstrong communicationskills in both written and verbal forms
Contribute to the development of self-service data capabilities and reporting standards
Stay current on data tools and technologies bringingnew ideasto the team including advancements in AI and GenAI
Grow your career by taking part in mentorship training and hands-on projects to build your skills in SQL BI tools analytics best practices and emerging AI/GenAI applications
Qualifications & Attributes
Bachelors degree in BusinessAnalytics Computer Science Information Systems or a related field - or equivalent experience
Greater than 2 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related role
Basic familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker)
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data analysis features
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-first mindset with proven ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Curiosity grit adaptability and a desire to learn and grow
Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data tools is a plus but not
Comfort with artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI) tools and concepts with a willingness to learn and apply these technologies in real-world scenarios
