SUMMARY
Responsible for QA/QC of select stack test reporting. Daily review of completed test reports received from outside contractor group for accuracy consistency and on time delivery. Will also submit and communicate with regulators and customers about emissions test submissions. This role will be the primary customer contact and final sign-off of outside contractor completed test report documents. This role will also assist with RNG reporting on a as needed basis for strategic accounts. This role involves optimizing the reporting process training outside report writing staff and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve efficiency of office processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of EPA and ASTM testing methods and state agency permit details involving source performance testing.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Completing EPA and State Agency report submittals
Work with customers for approval and feedback on performance test documents
Assist with preparation of electronic reports using EPAs Electronic Reporting Tool (ERT) and ECMPS
Train and support outside report writing technicians
Ensure systems comply with local state and federal air quality and safety regulations
Assist with RNG strategic account reporting
Work Environment
Primarily in office-based. Typical office hazards apply.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position.
Standard work week of 40 hours typically Monday through Friday
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during system commissioning or outage support
Travel
Travel may include domestic and occasional international site visits for troubleshooting audits or startup support
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in environmental science or engineering or a related technical field
35 years of experience in permitting consulting environmental services or technical writing
Possess exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Must have a technical background and strong mathematical skills
Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and can complete work with minimal supervision
Must have experience in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Database experience is a plus
Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and responsibility beyond the minimum requirements of a job
Demonstrate ability to be flexible and solve problems
Good verbal communication skills
