What will I be doingYou will be using your expertise in program management to provide support to the U.S. Governments outreach and engagement (O&E) program activities as well as IT cybersecurity and data operations services that support O&E activities that establish and support community quality of life and readiness for service members their families and service providers this role you will be:
- Providing program management support
- Using the MC&FP Tasking Assignments and Reporting (MTAR) application to obtain MC&FP assignments maintain workflow transparency obtain MC&FP approval on completed assignments and document deliverables
- Scheduling coordinating and hosting status meetings
- Preparing weekly and monthly status reports
- Preparing and updating Project Management Plans topline reports trip reports quality management plans and task dashboards
- Developing technical documentation and program reporting
- Other duties as assigned
What experience training and education do I need
You mustmeet theminimumrequirements:
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in business management or other related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions and support to varied end-users within military or Government sectors
- At least seven (7) years of experience managing military community support programs
- Able to do long-distance travel within the Continental United States as required
The following ispreferred:
- Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
