Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) / Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) a product line within Raytheon - is looking for a motivated entry level finance professional to assist the MP-RTIP team. This position is an integral part of the Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) finance team.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with the program managers as well as cross-functional partners to facilitate financial results while also maintaining excellent internal controls.
You will help create a management operating system to enhance organizational performance develop organizational capability and meet customer & shareholder commitments.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business Administration or related field and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with MS office (Word Excel and/or PowerPoint).
Experience with forecasting variance analysis and/or budgeting.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

Excellent written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information.
Ability to work within a fast-moving business.
Deep critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be flexible and able to care for a wide range of work assignments with strong attention to detail and an ability to balance multiple projects & processes simultaneously.
Can work with minimal direct supervision as well as being a self-starter.
Leverage critical thinking skills to provide value-added analysis to management.
Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types (CPFF FFP T&M etc.).
Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures
Able to meet critical deadlines.
Experience with application of finance principles concepts practices and standards.

The salary range for this role is 62000 USD - 118000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
