Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in managing diverse commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing a generalist book of business which includes contractors restaurants bars and cannabis accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with emerging producers providing mentorship and support.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a generalist book of business including contractors restaurants bars and cannabis accounts
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business
- Provide mentorship and support to emerging producers on the team
- Ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and organizational goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Generalist experience with a variety of account types
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and collaborate
