Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Roswell NM
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12s 36 hours/week Every other weekend required
Shifts: Day Evening or Night
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Roswell NM.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols.
Monitor document and report changes in residents health conditions.
Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and nutrition.
Supervise and support CNAs to maintain consistent high-quality care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff on care planning and updates.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Follow infection control safety and compliance standards.
Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
License: Active LPN/LVN license in New Mexico or Compact State.
Certification: Current BLS (AHA) required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
Strong clinical judgment communication and patient care skills.
