Responsibilities
- Attends monthly/quarterly/bi-monthly meetings and transcribes meeting minutes.
- Distributes and prepares meeting documents.
- Manages/coordinates calendar meetings room reservations via Outlook.
- Creates spreadsheets/presentations/correspondence as needed.
- Maintains department documents related to DNV/DIA.
- Maintains department documents for staff.
- Maintains department records related to staff.
- Manages/edits/distributes Quality newsletter.
- Provides physician reappointment assistance/ support.
- Facilitates document control processes
- Acts as department timekeeper UKG entries / submission
Qualifications
Experience:
High school graduate or GED equivalent required
Education:
Two years secretarial experience required
