Job Summary

As an Account Executive you will drive new client acquisition and revenue by offering tailored funding solutions to small and mid-sized B2B companies. Youll build and activate a high-quality referral network (accountants bankers brokers fractional CFOs) and convert warm intros into funded deals. This is an outside sales role with flexible remote work and periodic in-person meetings across the GTA.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $75000$100000 commissions.
  • Year-1 OTE: $100000$150000 (uncapped).

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

  • Head Office: Mississauga
  • Primary Territory: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
  • Primarily work remotely but will need to visit clients or prospects and attend in-person team meetings in the GTA a few times a year.

EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years in B2Bfinancial sales (alternative lending factoring ABL working-capital solutions commercial banking leasing merchant cash advance or adjacent).
  • Proven success selling to owners/CFOs/VP Finance in SMB/mid-market.
  • Strength in referral development and partner enablement; comfortable with lunch-and-learns and co-marketing.
  • Bachelors degree required.

Nice to Have

  • Existing COI network in the GTA (CPAs commercial bankers brokers).
  • Understanding of credit/risk fundamentals and deal documentation.
  • Experience in target verticals (Staffing Manufacturing Import Distribution Food Services Oil & Gas services).

  • Primary Market:Small to midsized B2B companies ($1M-$50M revenue)
  • Target Industries: Staffing Manufacturing Import Distribution Food Services and Oil & Gas
  • Decision Makers: Typically senior leadership (VP/Director level) or business owners (C-suite)

SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE

  • Sales Cycle: 1-4 weeks
  • Target Factoring Clients Size: $250000 to $1 million
  • Client Revenue Range: $1M to $50M annually

  • Occasional overnight travel is required occurring 2-3 times a year

SUPPORT & TRAINING:

  • Training Duration: 2-3 weeks (remote onboarding)
  • Support: Mentorship and ongoing guidance
  • Tools Provided: HubSpot CRM other standard business tools
