For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Recruitment Assistant role.
About the Team
The role will be located in our Warsaw office but will be a part of the wider Lateral Recruitment Team located in London. The team focuses on the recruitment of Counsel Managing Associates and Associates into the practice groups.
You will be responsible for
Scheduling and organising interviews sending assessments to candidates cooperating closely with recruiters
Liasing with the Practice and recruitment agencies
Ensuring a top-tier candidate experience throughout recruitment processes
Updating internal tracker documents in a timely manner
Updating our internal Portal with new job roles
Managing candidate documentation and status updates
Supporting onboarding and background check processes
Assisting with ad hoc recruitment projects
Maintaining up-to-date records and reports
Apply if you
Have min. 1-2 years experience in administration or a similar HR support function
Are fluent in English
Demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
Thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Show initiative proactivity and a solution-focused approach
Are comfortable with prioritising competing demands
Have strong communication and collaboration skills
