$58.00 - $89.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.Position Highlights:
Position: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Swedish Hospital Chicago
Part Time - 20 hours/week
Hours: M-F 8:00am-6:00pm
Required Travel: Yes
What you will need:
License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist
Education: BLS or PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Completion of an accredited Immunization training program within 6 months of employment
Certification: CPR certification within 6 months of employment
3 years of Outpatient Pharmacy experience and 1 year of Oncology Specialty.
PGY1 pharmacy residency training (preferred)
What you will do:
Dispensing medication in response to a physicians order
Assure that drug therapy (dosing indication for use interactions etc.) are appropriate for patients condition weight and age.
Consult patients and/or physicians regarding problems with medications
Coordinate store operations
Reviews all work done by technicians prior to dispensing
