Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing content discovery and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense Homeland Security Foreign Affairs and Law Enforcement.
AT&T has an opening for an Identity Management System Administrator: To support Public Sector Solutions. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Work to be performed in Laurel MD.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
Experience with Windows Servers and Linux (Red Hat) operating systems; to include maintenance security patching hotfixes and upgrades.
Experience with the Administration of applications to include installation upgrades patching and maintenance.
The ability to troubleshoot applications systems and processes as a Tier 2 / Tier 3 customer support technician.
Creating and maintaining documentation to detail and outline technical solutions.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist customers through a variety of remote support capabilities (ticketing phone email chat etc.).
Desired Skills:
General understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
Familiarity with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with Radiant Logic software or other Virtualized Directory Services.
Ability to mentor junior staff.
Ability to brief leadership and guide executive decision making.
Ability to help lead and provide input on architectural decisions.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree. Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II.
