Job Summary
Instructional Aide
Inova Kellar School Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Instructional Aide to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday Friday 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.

Instructional Aide Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in setting up the learning environment and preparing needed materials and supplies.
- Assists in the implementation of the daily instructional program under the direction of the teacher.
- Engages in activities integral to the continued development and success of Inova Kellar Center
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:Area of Study
- Experience: One year experience working with children in a group setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Middle or High School students
- Working with Special education students
