This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$20.00

This position will remain open until December 31 2025.

• Provide all patrons with a superior customer service experience.
• Provide information regarding Seminole Theatre events to patrons by phone and at the ticket window.
• Distribute literature to patrons and answer questions in response to inquiries about shows and events.
• Sell and process ticket orders via telephone Internet and the window.
• Accurately & efficiently operate the Eventbrite ticketing system to sell tickets for all events.
• Prepare tickets for will call pickup.
• Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed.
• Other administrative duties as required by theatre management.
• Part-time night and weekends some daytime hours may be required 10-20 hours a week possible but not guaranteed.
• Flexible schedule and other opportunities are available

• Friendly outgoing with superior customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be well organized and able to multi-task
• Computer skills including but not limited to Word Excel Internet and Outlook.
• Previous Box Office experience a plus but not necessary
