We are seeking a CDL Driver with Dump Truck experience for a position in Pass Christian MS. The CDL Truck Driver operates various trucks/tractors which are used to move equipment or other materials. Non-exempt role; Report to a Foreman; Performs a variety of routine duties within established policies.

Essential Qualifications:
- Preferably one (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) required
- Must have Dump Truck experience
- Pre-employment qualification test/federal written driving test
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen physical evaluation and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
Functional Requirements:
Read and sign off on JSA prior to starting shift; moves hand and foot levers to control operating equipment; interprets hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed; inspect each load before pulling it to assure it will be safe in transit; may be required to manipulate equipment on un-level working surfaces; performs daily inspection such as checking oil fluids and tire pressure; reports any unsatisfactory findings to the foreman; observes speed limit posted and yields to pedestrians; maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times; perform additional assignments per supervisors direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
May be required to do the following: climbing ladders scaffolds structures etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders scaffolds structures etc.; reaching in all directions; handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level waist level and/or overhead; carrying objects tools equipment etc.; standing / sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction; wearing respirator and other PPE; stepstool use; work in excessive heat; work in excessive cold; work in loud environment
