After a successful first year you will
Be running teams with 80% commitment accuracy in delivery projections Bug SLA turnaround is being met and employees have high NPS scores.
What youll do
Act as a PHP/Jquery developer for our web application 50% of the time.
Act as an engineering manager for our Web/Services team (team ownership could change as org evolves)
Who you are
Highly motivated player/coach who is excited about working in a scale-up environment.
You are familiar with metrics like cycle time throughput velocity and how those systems can be improved. Ideally youre familiar with The Phoenix Project and/or Accelerate or any work by Gene Kim or constraint theory
You still very much enjoy being a technical contributor but know how to balance between IC and Managerial work
Youve been part of a PagerDuty/On call rotation
You like being in imperfect environments and leading through change to create positive and productive cultures
