Responsibilities:
- Process returns cancellations and corrections in a timely and precise manner.
- Handle refunds and transfers maintaining compliance with financial procedures.
- Support store operations via ensuring smooth communication and workflow management.
- Assist stores with credit card processing
- Manage invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Deposit and track cash transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with stores and team members to provide support resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.
- Post payments to invoices with accuracy
- Maintain daily reports
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative reception or customer service background
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- 2 years of experience with customer database management
- Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
