Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive project engineer to lead the successful execution of the projects from inception to completion.The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills responsible for coordinating with cross-functional terms to ensure all projects are delivered on timewithin budgetand to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibility:
Health Safety & Environment:
Report all deviations unsafe behaviors unsafe situations near miss incident and accident through intelex to AL India Safety.
To supervise the job at site during the execution of project in compliance to AL safety policy.
To ensure Zero Fatality & Zero accident pertaining to BOS Projects.
To perform Job Hazard analysisBehavioural safety visit & other activities in line with the Safety Score card & required actions for improvement.
To log incident/accidents & support in investigation of RCA for required incidents/accidents & closer of identified actions in time pertaining to BOS Projects.
Project Management:
His (her) role mainly consists of understanding overall project schemes and preparation of scope break-down.
Process & Instrumentation (P&I) drawing / Layout drawing Generation.
Capital expenditure (CAPEX) estimation.
Scheduling Product Requisition Execution.
Stakeholders management - Manage the customersstakeholders & keeping them informed on the progress & development.
Industrial Management System implementation.
Safety and other compliance management.
During Project Cycle Phase to deliver quality projects within time & budget.
Actively participates in the development phase of projects.
Implements project management tools.
Anchoring progress billing break-up and cash flow requirement with project execution schedule for effective cost control and forecast.
Organizes and executes projects for new installation or to improve safety reliability and energy/costs efficiency environmental impact; according
to scope available resources and budget.
Formalizes all the necessary project documentation (Scope planning budget...) and development of cost sheet schedules.
Preparation of Block diagram P&ID Isometric drawings Plant layout Civil construction drawings.
Track project performancemonitor progress against milestonesand manage project scopeschedule and budget.
(BOQ) (mechanical electrical and instrumentation) Technical specifications.
To have core concepts including mechanics kinematics thermodynamics materials science.
Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) Justification Note Scope break-down for issuing the purchase orders / work orders Receipt of materials.
Coordinate with procurement & OEM for providing the correct technical specifications to get the optimized safe solution.
Preparation of WBS (Work breakdown schedule) Execution of site activities Payment processing.
Commissioning Plant start-up Documentation Plant handover Project close-out etc.
IMS Implementation & Documentation
To adhere to all the IMS guidelines (Group technical standards Group design standards) while executing the project.
Ensure that project governance & deliverables adhere to the IMS standards.
Perform risk management of the project with support of the HSE department.

Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering with 4 to 6 years of work experience
Competencies
Good level of verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between engineering solution & customers requirement.
Auto Cad
Knowhow of project management tools
Adequate knowledge of National and International Design Codes (IS ISO ASME ASTM)
Strong Ethics & Team player
Ability to operate with trust and autonomy.
Ability to think strategically to improve the organization outcome
Ability to manage pressure and dynamic situations.
Willingness to travel anywhere as per job requirements at various customer sites
