The Delaware Department of Agriculture is seeking anEnvironmental Scientist II to join the Pesticide Section. This position isresponsible for enforcing State and Federal Pesticide laws regulations andpolicies through inspections investigations sampling and duties include conducting pesticide inspections and investigationscollecting samples preparing reports and assisting with groundwater samplingand other special projects as assigned. This position may involve physical activityand work in confined areas requiring the use of personal protective equipment(PPE). The primary work area will include New Castle County and the City ofWilmington. This position is federally grant-funded and offers a career ladderopportunity for professional growth.
