Schedule: 3x12s 36 hours/week Every other weekend required

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Belen NM.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols.
Monitor document and report changes in residents conditions promptly.
Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and nutrition.
Support and guide CNAs to ensure consistent high-quality care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
Maintain accurate timely documentation in electronic health records.
Follow all infection control safety and compliance guidelines.
Provide hands-on assistance as needed to maintain care continuity.
Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
License: Active LPN/LVN license in New Mexico or a Compact State.
Certification: Current BLS (AHA) required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred. Must demonstrate sound clinical judgment attention to detail and empathy in all patient interactions.
