Job Summary
Youll help our teams and clients by:
Drafting reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts including purchase orders service agreements licensing agreements and construction contracts.
Liaising with Finance HSE Compliance and IT to ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensuring contracts are clear concise and legally sound protecting the organizations interests while minimizing risk.
Identifying and addressing potential legal and commercial risks in contracts.
Monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Build strong relationships with external suppliers and vendors for this purpose.

Youre a strong candidate if you have:
Certifications in any of the following will be an advantage: The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Nigerian Institute of Purchasing and Supply (NIPS) Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management (CISCM) Six Sigma or other relevant procurement and supply chain certifications.
8-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Strong decision-making skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for managing complexities and risks.
Familiarity with supply chain technologies.
