Job Summary

Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 mos. secretarial/administrative professional field.

-Or 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. secretarial/administrative professional field.

-Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 216872.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Administrative Professional 4 Division of Rail PN

What You Will Do:

  • You willcollaborate with economic development agencies companies and partners like JobsOhio on rail project funding incentives and planning initiatives.
  • You willprepare present and distribute project and rail plan materials including decision letters and State and Federally mandated rail plans.

  • You willoversee consultants coordinate ORDC participation and inform stakeholders staff and commissioners on the status and distribution of rail plans.

  • You willsupport the State and Federal Program Manager with funding programs serve as a secondary point of contact and assist ORDC staff with ongoing and special projects.

All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one-year probationary period.

This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.

If this position is filled internally the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
