What youll do:

  • Key liaison between North American Operations and the Learning & Development team driving strategic initiatives to enhance technician capabilities across the region.
  • Lead efforts to identify skill gaps shape development plans and manage technical training programs for over 800 technicians
  • Team with the Learning and Development Team regarding development needs training calendars new product training and other learning initiatives.
  • Drive completion and tracking of individual technician development plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on optimal technician level distribution
  • Manage development programs including Tech-X Apprenticeship initiatives and Grant Opportunities.
  • Travel 30-50% overnight is expected.

Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business Operations Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in workforce development operations or technical training program management.
  • Experience working with large technician populations or field service teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
