What youll do:
- Key liaison between North American Operations and the Learning & Development team driving strategic initiatives to enhance technician capabilities across the region.
- Lead efforts to identify skill gaps shape development plans and manage technical training programs for over 800 technicians
- Team with the Learning and Development Team regarding development needs training calendars new product training and other learning initiatives.
- Drive completion and tracking of individual technician development plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations on optimal technician level distribution
- Manage development programs including Tech-X Apprenticeship initiatives and Grant Opportunities.
- Travel 30-50% overnight is expected.
Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in business Operations Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in workforce development operations or technical training program management.
- Experience working with large technician populations or field service teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
