Job Summary
The Uftring Auto Group is hiring for our award-winning service team!
We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!
The Assistant Service Manager assists the Service Manager in overseeing the service department ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing operations including scheduling parts management and technician performance.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $800 PER WEEK WITH MONTHLY BONUSES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
- Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the department.
- Assist in hiring training motivating counseling and monitoring the performance of all service staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers.
- Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect the service operations.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Previous service advisor at a dealership with outstanding customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
- College degree and factory training credentials are preferred.
- Must have excellent communication supervisory and managerial skill.
- Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity.
- Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record

SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday from 6:00 am until 5:30 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- The compensation for a Service Advisor starts at $800 per week plus monthly bonuses.
