Job Summary
Overview:
Signalink is looking tohire a Project Analyst who will work with a diverse team comprised of engineering logistics and aircraft professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and analysis in all areas of program control and business management for both program and corporate deliverables.
- Interface with Vice Presidents Directors Finance Accounting Contracts Subcontracts and Procurement organizations to address operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist program management in all duties related to financial planning tracking and reporting.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting program costs preparing budgets scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances.
- Support the labor material and travel review process by ensuring it is followed by the program team and updates are made as necessary.
- Achieve operational objectives by completing audits completing reconciliations and identifying trends.
- Review the status of projects including budgets and brief senior leadership as required.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality objectives.
Required Education & General Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business finance accounting or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Expert-level Excel skills and detail-oriented.
- Unanet experience is a plus.
- Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
- Ability to establish and maintain close relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate as a team member to ensure that items are completed on or ahead of schedule.
