About the role:
As part of the regional Marketing team you will contribute to Samsaras growth in Mexico. As a Sr. Demand Generation Manager you will execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams leveraging multi-touch inbound marketing programs. Youll contribute towards the Mexico Marketing teams quarterly pipeline commitments while working with Product Marketing Solutions Marketing Events and Sales to execute high-quality webinars email nurtures content syndication and direct mail campaigns.
You should be a hands-on full-stack marketer with strong technical capabilities and a proven track record of building and executing high-impact demand generation this role youll collaborate closely with our Global Center of Excellence Demand Generation team embracing best practices and driving scalable results-driven campaigns.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico.

In this role you will:
- Design orchestrate and execute campaigns across the full funnel in coordination with Campaigns Marketing Solutions Marketing Customer Marketing and Sales teams.
- Forecast and measure the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
- Develop audience segmentation best practices integrating them into campaign playbooks.
- Build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars email content syndication content marketing direct mail and more. Turn net-new activities into evergreen programs.
- Strategize and collaborate in cross-channel campaigns to ensure maximized impact for the region.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 8 years of experience in marketing including experience in demand generation.
- Fluent in English with a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of demand-generation marketing programs.
- Experience managing channels like webinars direct mail content syndication or email.
- Highly collaborative with a strong track record of planning building and managing large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
- Ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces and complete high-quality and on-deadline tasks.
- Strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo Eloqua Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Relevant experience creating content for emails blogs webinars or web pages.
- Self-starter: A highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals.
An ideal candidate also:
- Passion for experimentation measurement and optimization to drive ROI continuously.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess prioritize pivot and problem-solve across multiple projects.
- Experience creating content such as landing pages email etc.
- A good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys.
- Has experience with Contentful ON24 Zoom Webinars Sendoso or Reachdesk.
