Job Summary

Senior Town Planner Hampshire
(depending on experience)

Our client a respected planning consultancy based in Hampshire is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential commercial and mixed-use developments while contributing to the continued success of a dynamic and supportive practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of planning projects from inception to completion providing expert advice to clients preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals and liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

RTPI Chartered Membership (or working towards it)
Strong understanding of UK planning policy and legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A collaborative proactive approach and commercial awareness
