What Youll Be Doing:

Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle.

Manage contracts and procurement processes especially within NEC frameworks.

Oversee post-contract activities: payment approvals change management and cost control.

Engage directly with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance.

Provide data-led insights to support informed strategic decision-making.

Prepare estimates from early-stage forecasts to detailed cost plans.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

Proven expertise in quantity surveying procurement and/or estimating ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Degree-qualified with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.

Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.

A collaborative proactive approach we value clear communicators and adaptable thinkers.

Ability to balance site travel with flexible balanced working.

A drive to contribute lead and grow within a global consultancy.
