AdayinthelifeasaChief of Staff:

  • Bethe C-levels strategic partnerServe as primary advisor and thought partner to the CEOand C-levelleadersacross strategy operations and communicationsandsupportinboard investor and cross-functional communication.
  • Own executive priorities and planningPrioritize and manage executive agendasand ensuretimelyexecution of top priorities drive planningcyclesand business rhythms (OKRs business reviews board meetings annual planning) andfacilitateexecutive teammeetings;track actions outcomes and strategic deliverables
  • Leadhigh-impactinitiativesLead special projects and strategic programs that span business unitsandidentifyand solve operational bottleneckswhilestreamliningdecision-making across the executiveteam.
  • Keep communication flowingDraft C-level communications presentations and executive updates serving as the connector and information bridge across departments while ensuring clarity of priorities accountability and execution discipline.
  • Champion culture and change HelpSupport cultural initiatives change-management programs and internal communication efforts

  • I havecomprehensiveknowledge ofcorporate governance financial literacy legal & regulatory requirements and business strategy particularlyinSaaS business model fundamentals.
  • I gained my knowledge throughaBachelors Degree in Finance Economics Human Resources Commerce or equivalent5years ofprogressive experience in business strategy operations management consulting corporate planning or executive support rolesor a combination of both.
  • I have5 years ofexperienceworking with senior executive stakeholders particularly with the c-suite level.
  • I havea strong business acumenanalytical thinking skills andadept strategic thinkingskills that I can easilypairwith execution discipline.
  • Imexceptional atorganisingand prioritizing information events and initiatives andcanhandle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • I get most excited aboutopportunities todemonstratemy adaptability resourcefulness and operational rigor.
  • I have a proven ability tocommunicateexceedingly well thanks in no small part toa high levelof emotional intelligence and an ability to influence without authority.
  • Imwilling to occasionally traveland have a valid passport and no travel restrictionsthat limit my ability tocross the border between Canada and the USA(and Vietnam ifrequired).
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing andencourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endlessopportunityto expressmyideas and buildmyleadership skills
