Job Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented GPS Asset Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of GPS assets from purchase and maintenance to audit and reporting. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for accuracy to ensure all assets are tracked and managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end GPS asset process including procurement installation maintenance and auditing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in internal systems.
Conduct regular asset audits and discrepancies reconciliation with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely asset repairs or replacements.
Prepare and analyze asset reports to support operational decisions.

Requirements

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formula knowledge required).
Experience with SQL or database queries is a plus.
Prior experience in asset management inventory control or operations support is an advantage.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Junior IC
